Waste-water management
We are on track to implement zero-liquid-discharge systems by 2027 for all our home and personal care products. Currently we recover up to 50 % of effluents, recycling the treated water for cleaning and utility purposes.
Electricity and renewable energy
By 2028 our goal is to derive 60 to 70 % of our energy from renewable sources such as solar. Solar cells are being installed at the current factory, and the upcoming factory at Saykha, Dahej, is being designed for 80 % renewable electricity.
Greener chemistry
Reducing reliance on industrial solvents: minimising solvent use, using green solvents where possible, and running efficient solvent recovery and recycling systems to cut waste and environmental impact.
Carbon footprint reduction
Transitioning to renewable energy, minimising consumption, and using new-age technologies to reduce solid waste, moving towards long-term sustainability goals.
